How do I access my account if I did not register online?

When you register by paper or in person, the club will create a single family account for all skaters in one family.
To access your account information online:

Click Here to reset your password using the email address provided on your paper form.
Follow the instructions to complete your account setup.

Can't remember the email you provided? Contact the club administrator at northtorontoskatingclub@gmail.com.

How do I check on the status of my payments?

  •  LOGIN  using your email address and password.
  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • If you have any pending payments, you will see them on this screen.

How do I enter or change my Credit Card information to pay my invoice?

  •  LOGIN  using your email address and password.
  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on the edit pencil next to any outstanding amount.
  • Fill in your credit card details.

Where can I find a copy of my Registration Receipt?

  •  LOGIN  using your email address and password.
  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on Invoices.
  • If necessary, click on the Invoice (Registration Receipt) you want to view from the list.

How do I update the contact information for my account?

  •  LOGIN  using your email address and password.
  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on Account Details.
  • Click on Edit Details.
  • You can change:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email (used to login)
    • Password
    • Secondary Email
    • Birthdate
    • Family Role
    • Address and phone numbers
  • Scroll down and click  SAVE  to save your changes.

How do I add or remove myself from the mailing list?

  •  LOGIN  using your email address and password.
  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on Message Lists.
  • Click on Yes next to messages you want to receive.
  • Click on No next to message you no longer want to receive.
  • Scroll down and click  UPDATE  to save your changes.

How do I update my skater's information?

  •  LOGIN  using your email address and password.
  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on Skaters.
  • Click on the name of the skater.
  • You can update:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Skate Canada Number
    • Emergency Contact Name
    • Emergency Contact Phone
    • OHIP Number
    • Tetanus up to date
    • Home Club
    • Previous Club
    • All Test and Badge Passed information
  • Scroll down and click  UPDATE  to save your changes.
If you need to change a skater’s Gender, Birthdate, or Parents/Guardians contact the club administrator at northtorontoskatingclub@gmail.com.
 
 

How do I find out when my skater starts their session?

  •  LOGIN  using your email address and password.
  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on Skaters.
  • Click on the name of the skater.
  • Click on Calendar.
  • Scroll to the month of September using the < > buttons.
  • The skater’s sessions appear on the calendar.

To see the schedule for all the skaters in your family:

  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on Calendar.
  • Scroll to the month of September using the < > buttons.
  • All skaters’ sessions appear on the calendar.

How do I see what CanSkate ribbons and badges my skater has earned?

  •  LOGIN  using your email address and password.
  • Click on  MY ACCOUNT  in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on Skaters.
  • Click on the name of the skater.
  • Click on Achievements.
  • Click on CanSkate & IntroSkate (Learn to skate).
  • You will see one of the following next to each CanSkate level:
    • not yet attempted
    • in progress
    • completed with the date of completion
    • withdrawn
  • To see which ribbons have been earned, click on the + next to the In Progress level star.
